SEO & Pay per click (PPC) management

More visibility. More of the right traffic.

Search engine optimisation and pay-per-click advertising that puts your organisation in front of the right audiences. More visibility, more meaningful traffic, more people taking action.

Your audiences are searching for what you do. The question is whether they find you or someone else when they do. We help charities, events organisations, and purpose-driven businesses show up where it counts.

How the process works

Four stages. Data-led from the start, with monthly reporting and continuous improvement built in.

1
Audit

We start with a full technical SEO audit and, where relevant, a review of your existing Google Ads account. We identify what is working, what is holding you back, and where the biggest opportunities are. Keyword research and competitor analysis happen here.

2
Optimise

With the audit complete, we fix what needs fixing. Technical issues, on-page content, metadata, site speed, internal linking: the groundwork that gives everything else a better chance of performing. For new campaigns, this is where strategy and ad structure are built.

3
Activate

SEO improvements go live. PPC campaigns launch. For eligible charities, we can set up and manage Google Ad Grants, which gives qualifying non-profit organisations up to £8,500 per month in free Google Ads spend. Organic and paid working together where relevant.

4
Evolve

Every month you receive a clear report covering traffic, rankings, keyword performance, and campaign results. We review what the data is telling us, make adjustments, and plan the next phase. Search is not a one-time fix. We stay involved.

What we offer

Search and advertising, managed as one.

SEO and PPC management at Subism covers technical SEO audits, keyword research, on-page optimisation, page speed improvements, content recommendations, local SEO, Google Ads campaign management, Google Ad Grants setup and management for charities, audience targeting, conversion tracking, and monthly performance reporting.

Because we also design and build websites, we can implement technical SEO improvements directly. No waiting for another team to action the recommendations.

What we offer

You are probably a good fit if any of this sounds familiar.

Your website is not generating enough organic traffic. You are running Google Ads but not confident they are performing as well as they should. You have a new website and want to make sure it is set up to rank. You are a charity and have heard about Google Ad Grants but do not know where to start. You are promoting an event and need to drive ticket sales within a defined window. You want clear reporting that tells you what is actually working.

We work with charities, non-profits, events organisations, festivals, and purpose-driven businesses.

What we offer

The people who need you most are searching for you right now.

For a charity, that might mean someone looking for support services, a donor researching where to give, or a corporate partner looking for a cause to back. For an events organisation, it might be someone searching for festivals near them, or deciding between two events on the same weekend. In both cases, where you appear in those results shapes what happens next.

Organic search builds over time and compounds. Paid search gives you control over when and where you appear, and at what cost. Used together, they give you a more complete picture of your digital presence and more ways to reach the people you are trying to reach.
