London Search and Rescue
A new digital home for a vital youth charity, built for accessibility, trust and effortless donations.
London Search and Rescue (LondonSAR) provides essential assistance to police and emergency services during missing person searches and major incidents.
Run entirely by volunteers, the team needed a modern, reliable website that would raise visibility, support recruitment and streamline public engagement.
We worked with the organisation to design and build a new Webflow site that is clear, calm and mobile-first — all underpinned by a discovery workshop and their existing brand guidelines.

OUR APPROACH
Discovery-led design
We began with a focused discovery workshop to understand audience needs, team priorities and the unique challenges of a volunteer emergency response service. From this, we developed a clear content strategy that supported the organisation’s three main goals: awareness, trust and action.
The design reinterprets LondonSAR’s existing brand with improved hierarchy, typography and structure — delivering a cleaner, more accessible interface across all devices.
The result is a site that’s welcoming, easy to navigate and focused on helping users quickly find the information they need.

OUR APPROACH
Built in Webflow for speed and control
We designed and built the new site in Webflow, giving the LondonSAR team complete control over their content through a no-code CMS. The site includes:
- Fully responsive layouts for mobile, tablet and desktop
- Clear calls to action for volunteering, support and education
- Modular content blocks for case studies, FAQs and team updates
- SEO-ready structure and performance-optimised delivery
This approach gave the team the flexibility they needed to manage updates internally, with minimal training or technical support.

TECHNOLOGY
Integrated with Beacon CRM
To support volunteer sign-ups and contact workflows, we integrated the site’s forms with Beacon CRM — allowing enquiries to feed directly into their supporter database.
This removed manual admin, improved response times and gave the team better oversight of new contacts and community engagement.

RESULTS
Impact
The response from the client has been overwhelmingly positive. The new site has helped raise LondonSAR’s profile, providing a more professional and trustworthy first impression to partners, funders and the public.
Clearer pathways and improved structure have made it easier for people to understand their work and get involved — and the team now has the tools to keep the site growing as their mission evolves.
