We were rather stoked when M&C Saatchi approached us with the task of rebranding their TV and Film Department. A blank canvas to play with, including the department name, gave us the opportunity to start from the ground up. We analysed their staff and customer perceptions of the department and explored a variety of names and values. Driven by their Brutal Simplicity of Thought philosophy we finalised on the name of M&C Saatchi FILM and began the visual ident around this.
Having developed the brand, the team at M&C Saatchi Film were then keep on us applying our creativity to a bunch of their email communications. Seen as thought leaders in the world of cinema and film, we helped them project their authoritative yet creative voice through a series of industry based mailers. They loved these so much they then ask us to build them a workflow app.
